[Needs help]

Is there a warranty that comes with the phone?(V9m) I had the phone 4-5 months and the volume button doesn't work. I'm stuck on vibrate...which isn't bad for those lonley nights, but I would like to be able to change it and I didn't pay for the the insurance.
