you will have to ring 3 from a landline and tell them the problem. they will probably just give you a code to input or something.i am with 3. i had the nokia 6120c til a couple of days ago but just upgraded to the sony w910i and i love it.if you go to their website you should find the number to call them from a landline. i think it starts with 08707 or somethinggood luckTracey xxx
