power cycle your phone.that means:turn it off.remove the battery & wait for a minute.put the battery back in & turn it on.if this doesnt fix the problem call verizon from a different phone (not your cell phone) and they may be able to fix it for you.& if that doesnt work you will need to visit a verizon store and something might need to be done to your phone.
