I would always suggest seeing a Doctor but, it sounds like he has been checked out. If this persists as of now since you just posted it...I would make sure he is breathing normal, and not wanting to throw up. If his arm starts to hurt call 911. This may be serious.My husband gets sharp pains in his chest as well. It has been checked out and, it was because his back was out. (When your back is out of alignment it pulls on the ribcage and, other areas of the body, causing sharp pains. Im not sure what your brothers diagnosis is but, keep an eye on him until he sees the Dr. tommorrow. Good luck!!!
