You didn't say how old you are, but from your description, you are having panic attacks. They will cause your chest to tighten and you will feel pain.The next time it happens pay attention to your breathing. Most people when experiencing a panic attack will either hold their breath or will only have shallow breathing. Take a deep breath and see if the symptoms change.If you continue to experience chest pain, you will need to be evaluated by your physician. If the chest pain continues and worsens, get to an emergency room ASAP. There are medications for anxiety disorders and also for blood pressure control. Take care and good luck.Tex
