I have the TZ5. Do not look beyond. This is the ultimate travel companion. Has scores of features and definitely is better than the Ricoh R8. The 10x zoom is something that'll blow your mind off and the picture quality is beautiful. It is a true point and shoot that packs in more than any other P&S.
