I bought a UTStarcom Audiovox PPC 6700 Bltooth Smart Phone off of ebay that has been flashed to cricket but when I took it in to them they said they cannot program it because it is a difficult phone so I am trying to see if anyone knows how to program it or where I would take it to get it done. I live in the albany/Portland oregon area. I cannot return the phone so hopefully someone can help
