I am 19 years old and ever since i was about 17 i have had these really sharp chest pains where my heart is and when i get them its kind of hard to move..but i only have them about once every other month.what does this mean and is there anything i can do do help it??im pretty healthy also i try in workout every other day and i stay in shape.
