hey! just had new ipod touch, not the iphone btw.?

ive had it for about a month now or a little less, and it keeps randomly having its days where it turns off, comlpletely even in mid song, and even when the battery is completely fully charged.anybody have any ideas or solutions pleaseee?

Do U Take Your I Pod Out Directly When It Is Attached To Computer For Charging.that Is Wrong Or Return It If Its New.why To Lose Patience
