Uh..no. The dimensions on the iPhone are slightly larger than the Touch. So if you do buy a made-for-iPhone case, your Touch will move around loosely inside the case. Ex) Buying pants 1 of 2 sizes too big.

No, the iTouch is longer and slimmer whereas the iPhone is thicker and slightly bigger.
