upgrade iphone 1.0.2 to 1.1.1?

A while ago i accidentally upgraded my iphone to firmware 1.1.4 (dont do this). After a long day (4 hours) i finally downgraded my iphone down to 1.0.2. I now wish to upgrade it to 1.1.1 but i don't know how to upgrade it without going to 1.1.4. How can i upgrade my iphone from 1.0.2 to 1.1.1 without upgrading to 1.1.4?
