can i sync my iphone to another computer without erasing what is already on it?

i want to add songs from this loaner laptop i have from fry's but i don't want to erase what i already have on my iphone can I just sync the songs without erasing themalso something thats free would be great

Under devices click iPhone. Under music tick the 'manually manage music' box.

itune blocks this function, you must utilize other tools to achieve that. There're couple of tools for transferring the files between iphone and computer depends on your demands, e.g transfer only songs/videos, transfer photos etc. You can have a look of below review site, hope it useful.
