what do you do in an iPhone Workshop?

I am going to the Apple store on a Wednesday. There is the iPhone Workshop on that day.What do you do in this workshop - Do you get to test/play with iPhones or like bring your iPhone in and the staff show you what to do?

you sit in nice comfy chairs- normally with your brand new iPhone...and they show you all the features on it and give you tips on a powerpoint and stuff

the iphone is a con. gonna work out over a grand by the time you see through your contract. ye must be mental.
