Default My Att&t mobile service sucks-how can I win the fight to cancel w/o charging me?

As soon as I got At&t cell phone service, I called within a week complaining. I'm on my 3rd phone now-I'm still having issues with the service-It's NOT the phone its the service! How do I get them to listen to me and Cancel this crappy service, without charging me a fee?

Ask to get the contract you signed and get a lawer or a friend who is a buissness person to read over it. They may be saying the fee is higher or there is like a one in a million chance there isnt one what i always do is go and buy a cheap prepaid cell with that service and use it where i would normaly use it and then just ethier throw away the phone and sell it on the internet and go sign up for the service you like i would rather spend one hundred on 5 cells and minutes for a week they normaly come with some onthem rather than spend 300 - 1,000 on canceling my contract tip for futureBut if there is a fee and you signed a legaly binding contract there is no way out.

In your contract it should say that you have 30 days to cancel your contract with at&t if you are not happy with your service. After 30 days you are locked it your service agreement. So if it's been within 30 days your fine just call got to where you go the phone and cancel the contract. You must take everything you receive that day in order to cancel (contract, phone, charger, maual etc.) But if it's longer than that you are locked in for the term you signed for.
