For non-members....Go to Karamja cave demons. Bring Full rune and scimmy. Bring lobsters too!For Members,Do Priest in Peril and go to the people that turn into werewolves, bring lobsters and best armor/weapons.Hope this helps!

you can go to the cockroach place above the barbarian village or go to level four of the stronghold of security
