i'm doing the exact same thing... and idk. like i would think not since you paid for the sidekick. and they make it SOOOO difficult to get a new phone through insurance, so you could bring up that if they do question it. but they shouldn't and there is nothing they could do to you for not wanting a cingular phone. goodluck unlocking it though.---------------------------------------------------------------well they can probably trace it but theres nothing they can do. you paid for that phone. trust me, i have cingular and they are so cheap they probably wont say anything about it as long as they have you as a customer and tmobile doesn't.
