How long would sw bell/ att keep employment records?
My boyfriend worked for South western Bell in 2000 for 4 days and he got sick and had to quitt. At that time they had a 90 day, no sick day policy for the first 90 dyas. My question is , they were bought out by ATT soon after; how long would they keep past employment records? We are in Texas.
My boyfriend applied once more for ATT. However, he neglected to tell them that he once worked there when they were swbell. He worked for them for 4 days in 2000. Would they still have the employment records or would they of been already destoyed?
