Verizon. ATT is the 2nd best, Verizon is the best. (your texts can be as long as you want if you have verizon)

I have had ATT before, they are ok but Verizon has way better coverage. In some places I had to wander around looking for a signal before I could call out. Plus Verizon has Friends and Family, so you could add your ATT, Sprint, etc friends to your call list and you won't be charged for talking to them.

I love my iPhone but att isn't very good with call quality and their customer service people don't know anything.
