My Blackberry Pearl won't allow me to send picture e-mails?

So I'm trying to send a picture to myself to get it onto my computer from my phone...but it says No message services configured. You will only be able to Save Draft. How do I get the message services configured? Am I making any sense?

First of all your not making sense but...... Your Dad/Mom could have block or taking the feature off the phone!
