Your Pearl should have came with a disc, load it on your p/c. It doesn't recognize Itunes(it's not an Iphone). That disc has roxio on it and that is the format your Crackberry recognizes.

To add music is simple if you have a microSD installed.- If you do, plug in your Pearl to your computer, and your pearl will ask you if you want to enable mass storage - say yes(may ask for your password if set up).- after that, you can open up "my computer" on your desktop and you'll see a new drive under "devices with removable storage" and double-click on it.- then just drag and drop MP3's to the folder. Simple. The slower way is to use the Media manager in the Desktop Manager, but again, ITS EXTREMELY SLOOOOW!!!
