I'm having problems with my Blackberry Curve...?

2 problems I've encountered that I don't know how to solve. First off-how do you view video on the net? Is there somewhere to go to download a video player for like YouTube? 2nd-every once in a while the phone just deletes all of my SMS texts, and clears my call log. Kind of like it just got wiped clean...what can I do about that?And also I can't send OR receive picture messages, unless it's through email. The phone shows that it is sent, yet the people never get the messages.
