Blackberry Pearl or LG Scoop?

I am getting ready to upgrade my phone through Alltel. I am swaying back and forth between Pearl and Scoop. Anyone have thoughts on which would be the best choice.

I have the LG Scoop and I personally think it's the worst phone I have ever owned. The keyboard malfunctions sometimes and since I am a fast typer, it can't keep up. Turning words such as "Yahoo" into "Yho". The only benefit with this phone is it has very long battery life. I've never handled a Blackberry Pearl, but I'm willing to bet it's a much better option over the LG Scoop.

BlackBerry Pearl of course!!!! I have had one for like 4 months and it is my new BFF!!!!!

My mom just got the blackberry pearl yesterday and i think that it suckks.

my friends have the scoop and they havent said anything bad about it.the only reason i dont like the blackberry pearl is because it is so difficult to opperate.I would go with the scoop. unless you like complicated things.
