Blackberry Pearl Trackball Not working?

I recently dropped my blackberry pearl. Everything for the trackball assembly came out. I was able to find the actual "pearl" and the cover that holds it in place but i was unable to find the washer that goes with them. For a while it worked fine but now im having a bit of trouble with it. Whenever i try to select an application the trackball doesnt want to press in to select. Any idea how i can fix this problem?

Go to your provider's (at&t or t-mobile or whatever) store! Explain to them the problem and they'll probably be able to fix it in like 2 minutes!
