I'd say yes. T-mobile uses a SIM card which should be located just beneath your battery. If it's another T-Mobile phone, you should be able to take your sim card out and place it into the new phone. Make sure to copy your contacts in your address book first and all photos as they will not automatically transfer with the sim card on their own.

I'm not 100% sure, but it should work. I've done this when I had a razr and got a t809. Just be sure to cancel your Sidekick service plan. But make sure you have a texting plan
