Why doesn't the download option appear on my blackberry?

I have the blackberry pearl and the book and blackberry 101 are telling me that when i click menu in the themes options and in my ringtones "Download" should appear somewhere in the popup menu. And it doesn't. I've been told that I need to go to a certain website and download something off of that first and then download will show up and that didn't work either. Help!p.s. I have it for verizon

I aslo have a blackberry pearl and have been having the same problem. I think that you need a media card first before you get the option to download things.

Who is your service provider? If you go to their website, or the "home" page of your browser on your phone it's usually set up by your service provider to be on the page where you can download new themes. If you list your service provider people maybe be able to link you to a page that can show you what page to go to on your phone to get new themes.
