telecom USA rate to the philippines?

i recently signed up for telecom USA so i can call the Philippines without having to use a phonecard and having to deal with phonecard dillema (cons of using phonecard according to my telemarketer). I am not sure or might have forgotten what the rate per minute is when calling to the Philippines... and it does not show in my bill yet (since i just recently used it).

We have MCI. and pay a special added fee to be able to call the Phil. for about 17 cents a minute on normal days, and I think 25 cents a minute on weekends.

Most Asian market like Lucky Seafood have those five or ten dollars cards card to the Philippines .Around quarter a minute.
