yes if you ask in the shop you bye your phone in or you can keep the same sim card in your new phone but you have the risk of being black listed by the phone company

Yes you can you just have to called the new network your going with n ask to to put your new number on the new sim card.

Yes, I changed from Orange to Vodafone because I wanted to use their Vodafone Family service. You call Orange to get a PAC code - they will of course try and persuade you to stay with Orange, but will organise the code. It takes about a week to make the transfer.

I had to wait 3 months from first top up from t mobile to get a pac code then the code took over a month to arrive but we managed to change the number over very smoothly
