How to Get my old vodafone number back (UK)?

I have recently lost my mobile phone including my number on the sim card, now i have a new phone do you think vodafone can give me back my old number, i did register it and the old number is a good number to remember and also nearly 8 yrs old..also all my contacts were on that sim card????

as long as you remeber most of your registration details it should be no problem at all. i have had my number for 10 years everytime i get a new contract they send me a new number through as it works out cheeper for me, but all i have to change over is give them a call. it usually takes a matter of minutes but can take 24hrs

The answer is yes.If you go along to any Vodaphone shop they will/should do it whilst in their store.
