How soon will Obama repeal the telecom spying law?

Ok, if you're not doing something you shouldn't - why worry? On the other hand, if this law is bad, how soon will Obama get rid of it? Give me a time frame, people!

Obama will dismantle our defenses ASAP. This will lead to WWIII. Yet, there are people voting for him because of what? His skin color?
