when you got yourr contract there should be a cancelling number or else you should bring the phone to your nearest store and they'll cancel the contract

just dial 191 from your mobile handset (that is if you are on contract with vodaphone already) for customer services and explian your situation to the customer representive. they'll forward you through to the right department if they cant help.
