I took the cover me insurance that vodafone offered when I renewed my contract in January. However 5 months down the line I am completely unhappy with my phone and its too far into the contract to change it. A few people from various mobile providers have told me they cancelled their contracts early through their mobile insurance, and they didnt have to pay the rest of their contract fee, just a small excess. is the same true for vodafones cover-me insurance? I am very curious to know.

Hi Dolly P,Just seen your question about Vodafone Cover-Me insurance and I'm afraid it'll only cover you in the event that your phone was lost/stolen or accidentally damaged.You've mentioned that you're not entirely happy with your phone. Is this because it's faulty or have you just changed your mind about it? If it's the former then we could get the fault fixed for you if it's covered by the manufacturer's warranty. However, if it's the latter then I'm afraid there's not alot that can be done as you've had the phone for more the fourteen days.All the best.Cool DVodafone UK
