Default If i change the SIM card of the iphone 3G(from at&t to vodafone) will the 3G, GPS,
app store still be availab?

The GPS doesn't rely on the service and neither does the app store. Vodafone would have to have the same 3G netork for it to work. Which I'm pretty sure vodafone doesn't have a 3G network.
