Default how to reprogram a vodafone cellphone?
i live in phils..and in my town theres no one who can reprogram the phone..coz its just iut wont start up...plzz help

buy a cheap new 1 it will be a lot easier if you reprog the old 1 then it breaks your still with out a fone and will need to buy a new 1 anyway!!!!
