it is having the issue of turning off randomly. i'm not kidding when i say randomly, because i'll be texting and then it just like...shuts off and turns back on. anyone else have this problem?















also, i can send picture messages and the other party receives them, but when people try to send me a pic message it just doesn't even show up on my phone. why is this?















what can i do to fix both or either of these things?
