My download speed is 0.08 mb/s. My upload speed is .14mb/s and my line quality test was an F. I have no idea what I'm supposed to be getting, but this seems really low. My computer is new. It is worse at certain times of the day, but all around it's very slow even in the middle of the night. Does anyone have any advice?

She can hear ok its just if people talk at a distance that she cant and she has no behavior problems because she is in the top for every lesson.
