I am getting an iPhone today and do not know which company to go through. I don't care about price I care about the quality of the network. Rogers has traditionally been better in my experience but is Telus's new network better? I am in Ontario so I don't think it will differ that much between the two. I don't want to hear you tell me to get a different phone or how one company rips you off. I just want to know which provider's network is better. Thanks.

I live in Manitoba, and i have a friend in Alberta. and i was wondering if i texted him, would texting cost more.? and if he was with Telus, would it cost money.? and if he wasnt with telus, would that cost money.? I have unlimited texting (if that makes a difference).

I'm a year into with my Telus 3 year contract. I've grown a little tired of my Samsung Instinct (not to mention all the problems I've had with it). I don't mind staying with Telus, but is there any fee that I have to pay to get a new phone?

Again, I want to stay with Telus, but I just want to purchase a new phone instead of staying with this one. I'm asking because I've heard I need to pay a cancellation fee for my contract, then purchase another one (and if thats the case, I'd just move to Rogers)

Hello,

I am wondering what is the best smartphone that supports SIM cards (Reason being Telus' news of the release of SIM cards) I am somewhat leaning towards an android but not sure... The only thing I know is I don't want a iPhone. If possible could you list the phone you think is the best and some pros and/or cons?

Thank you,

TELUS iphone hardware upgrade rip off!! Help?

I am just over a year into a telus contract with a crappy free phone, and want the iphone.

For new telus customers the iphone is $199 with a 3yr contract,

for current customers who want the hardware upgrade, it is $699 (less a $150 discount, so $549)

The only way to get it for $199 is to buy out the remainder of my current contract (about $300) and start fresh for another 3 yrs.

Has anyone found a way around paying the outrageous fees? What about customer loyalty??
