HTC Mogul by Sprint. How to get MP3 ringtones?

This is a 3-part question:Is there a program that I can download (to my PC) that will allow me to download MP3 files, slice the portion of the file that I'd like, then allow me to download that portion to my HTC Mogul so I can upload it as a ringtone?How can I change other formats to MP3 (ex. wav. file)?and finally,Is there a website I can go to that provides tips and tricks (if you will) specifically for the HTC Mogul?Thanks to all in advance!
