How to Install HTC Home Plugin on ATT 8525 & WM6 upgrade troubles?

I have the wm5 version because I'm also having trouble upgrading, if anybody can help me with that as well, I would really appreciate it. First I extract the .rar file that I downloaded from http://www.pocketnow.com/index.php?a...t=news&id=4618 (the 6 tab version, cuz the link to the 5 doesn't work). Then I put the folder under my doc's on my att 8525. I go to Start
