no, but ,some phone companies are starting to integrate theirs service with each other soon. maybe in 08.

actually u can already buy unlocked htc touch on various websites... i think tigerdirect.com has it... or try ebay..or google it...i think gsm version tho.. however, since it's sprint, unlocking it won't do much unless ur going to use verizon...
