Is this a reasonable price for an HTC Touch Pro?

I am looking for a new phone and I came across the HTC Touch Pro... Here is a website where someone is selling it... I think the price it too low because most other places sell for 750+ unlocked. If you think its reasonable, please give some feedback. well 250 is 500 less then 750 if you have your heart set on this phone i think its a good price
