I just got my phone and i put some files on it, i wanted to get rid of them but since it was a lot of them i figured i go to Settings>System tab>Clear Sorage> and selected Clear storage and format internal storage. from the drop down window and went ahead and pressed yes. The phone restarted and i had to do all the settings over again(which i was expecting), To see if i succeeded i went back to Settings> System tab>Memory>Storage Card tab, and there i seen the following Total storage card memory: Not installed. I tried soft resetting the phone and that did not work, i tried to do the hard reset but the hard reset does not work, all my phone does is it restarts(and i followed the instructions : hold down vol. down and enter key, than tap reset button under battery cover) and i tried this countless times. So that did not work either. If anyone have any idea, on what i can do? The phone is from sprint and i cant access the rom update from the htc website. I'll take any suggestions at this point. Hey, I got the same problem with mine.The technician told me returns to give me another and this will do, I recommend if you like same thing. bye
