my birthday is comin up and i wanted to get opinions on which phone to get i know that the htc pro has the qwerty keyboard but it wont be available till the 19 of october i think?... and its bigger =/ but at the same time i am a big texter, what do you guys think ? thanks !

Qwerty keyboard is a huge advantage. I don't know much about HTC, I have an iPhone, and you get used to the whole touch keyboard.They both look just as nice, in my opinion. I'd go for the Pro, though. Just a little more wait time.

Do not get either of these phones! I have the plain old HTC Touch and I absolutely hate it! The sensitivity is pretty well non existent and the phone is only 9 months old. If you must get one of these phones I would suggest the HTC Pro as it has actual buttons for the texting.. I cant stand texting on the touch screen as it always thinks I am hitting the same key multiple times or it does not realise I am hitting a key. I also had an issue were my phone completely stopped recognizing any commands what so ever so I had to do the hard reset which deletes all contacts etc... I have also had to bring it into Telus twice to have the wireless reset because it stopped receiving e-mail, text and phone calls. Please do not get an HTC!!!!
