If I lose my Sprint Mogul phone, with insurance. Will they replace with the...

...new HTC version, or same old phone? I was told that they didn't make my phone anymore. And if I had problems they would replace parts. However if I had to get a whole new phone...I would get the Touch PRO. Anyone know?
