Where can i get the HTC Kaiser/ Tytn II/ P4550?

Hi im looking to buy the HTC Kaiser / Tytn II / P4550 on contract in the uk, does anyone know any websites were i can get it. ive looked online but cant find any deals only sim free which is too expensive.
