TOUCH by HTC?

I just bought this phone and I CANNOT FIGURE OUT how to turn the bluetooth on so that it is visible to other devices! My friend wants to send me ringtones but her phone can't find and connect to mine! HOW DO I TURN ON THE BLUETOOTH?!I have Sprint, if that makes a difference
