how can i unlock an htc 8125 g4?

i'm having problems unlocking a cellphonehtc 8125 g4, any ideas how to?i know i can call a service provider and give them the IMEI, but the thing isthat the phone is not under my namebecause i've bought it used, but locked.any way how to?
