I have an CricKet Kyocera Lingo and when I receive ring tone text mes. I

cant set the ring tone, Y its locked? Sorry the question wasn't really brief. I have a CricKet Kyocera Lingo Phone. It seems that every time my friends or if I get a ringtone offline that I cant assign it to a ringer! I've tried everything and I'm going to give up!
