kyocera cell phone screen?

okay so obviously kyocera sucks.. right? My screen on my phone is all messed up. When i text, the screen scrolls side ways. I can still call and recieve texts but my screen is just all jumbled up. Is there a way i could try to fix it without taking it to my wireless provider?thanks
