Kyocera E1000?

Is the Kyocera E1000 compatible with Motorola, Walkman, etc.? The reason I'm asking is because my mom got an LG with bluetooth but it isn't compatible with anything but LG. I don't want to end up getting a phone that I can't bluetooth with because most of my friends have Motorola. Help is greatly appreciated.Thanks.
