I just got my phone a couple weeks ago, and it was wroking fine and everything, but now i keep getting a message saying:ATTENTION: Phone is restricted! Like when I try to add/edit a contact, or change certain things...I can do stuff on it, I can call/text, take pictures, stuff like that I just cant edit or change anything or add anythign thats already on there....Also if anyone knows how to get music from your comptuer to your phone....im geussing its not possible without a cord, but can you?? without buying them off a website, my service isn't compatiable with it and i dont want to pay if possible...thanks! Yes it is payed for, and my parents...that i know of, havn't done anythign to it, and why wouldnt i be able to add a contact then?

have you paid for your phone, along with all account charges, bills and taxes?If your parents got the phone, perhaps they placed conditional use on your phone as to what you can send or receive.If all of the above stuff has been taken care of, go to the phone service supplier and get them to tell you precisely what the problem is, and suggestions on fixing it, if they don't nor cannot.
